Beaver County partnered with Viking/Beaver FCSS, Tofield/Ryley/Beaver West FCSS, University of Alberta - Augustana Campus and Alberta Health Services to promote a Youth Engagement Strategy for Beaver County and its urban municipalities. There were three Youth Engagement Sessions held, the first took place in Viking, followed by Tofield and Ryley. Our junior and high school students participated with many local organizations to become aware of local opportunities, available in Beaver County and its urban municipalities upon the completion of their post-secondary education. These three events were a huge success with many local organizations participating, with local speakers talking to the students about personal experiences and coming back to their roots settling down and finding local work opportunities.

Thank you to our partners for helping with these great events and to our local schools, students and organizations for coming out and supporting Beaver County.
