Contact Us 24/7
Beaver County offers a call answer service which allows you to contact the County 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to report an issue or a problem, or simply to leave a message for someone.
In an emergency situation involving Fire, Ambulance or Police, please call 911.
However, if it is an emergency or serious situation involving roads, drainage, bridges, signage, animal control, or other County service, please call 1-866-663-1333 or 780-663-3730.
Your call will be answered and the operator will take all the details from you. If it is an emergency situation, you can almost always expect a call back regardless of time of day.
A County emergency is usually considered to be a situation where there is an imminent danger to people or property involving the County's infrastructure. A few examples include: a stop sign which has been knocked over, water crossing a County road making it dangerous, severe rutting or washboard on a road which would cause someone to have an accident, etc.
If it is a non-emergency situation, we will try to address the matter on the next business day.
We are always trying to improve our service, and your feedback is important to us. If you have any questions, please call us at (780) 663-3730 or 1-866-663-1333.
Visit us: between the hours of 8:15 - 4:30, Monday thru Friday, (we are open thru lunch) closed on all statutory holidays.
