REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Rural Broadband Internet Services (Universal Broadband Fund) Beaver County

Beaver County invites proposals from Internet Service Providers for the provision of expanding and improving the Rural Broadband Internet Services within the municipality through the Federal and Provincial partnership being the Universal Broadband Fund.

The project involves assisting and partnering with the municipality in making application for funding under the grant program and if successful, managing the entire project to completion.

Proposals clearly marked “RURAL BROADBAND SERVICES RFP” will be accepted (print version) until 12:00 pm (MST) on Thursday December 31, 2020 at the address indicated above, or due to COVID 19 restrictions, electronic submissions in a PDF format will be accepted until 12:00 pm (MST) on Thursday December 31, 2020 and should be emailed to: bbeck@beaver.ab.ca and administration@beaver.ab.ca

Beaver County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFP’s.   Beaver County reserves the right to accept any RFP without stating reasons.   Beaver County may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the work that it deems in its sole discretion to be relevant to its decision.
