Posted on

On December 8, 2020, the Provincial Government introduced additional public health measures to curb the spread of COVID-19. These measures apply to the entire Province, including Beaver County.

Included in the new measures is the requirement for all employees to work from home, unless their presence at the workplace is necessary for operational effectiveness.

Beaver County recognizes the seriousness of the coronavirus outbreak and our top priority is the health and safety of our community and staff.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, the Beaver County Services Centre and Transportation Shop will be CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC.

Staff who are able to work from home will do so and we are committed to continue providing the essential services our residents need.

Please check the County’s website at www.beaver.ab.ca for access to on-line forms, information regarding methods of payment, etc. If you need to speak with a staff person, please contact the County Services Centre at 780-663-3730. If the staff person is working from home, a message will be sent to them, and they will contact you by phone or e-mail within one business day.
