Claystone Fall Large Item Collection

Posted on

Do you have an old sofa or mattress that you no longer need? What about old tires or propane bottles? If you live in one of Beaver County’s municipalities, Claystone Waste staff would be pleased to help you with your spring clean up as part of their Large Item Collection Program.

This collection program is provided at no-charge to regional municipal residents twice a year. If you
are a Holden, Ryley or Bruce resident who needs help getting large items to one of the central
collection bins, please reach out to our Collections Department (number below) for assistance.

If you live in Viking or Tofield, you will need to place your large items directly on the front street by the curb, the evening before as per the schedule below. Do not place items on the grass or lawn, but rather directly on the street, as it is easier for Claystone Waste Staff to clean up any broken materials. Please ensure that all items are place at least 3 feet (1 metre) from parked vehicles.

Rural and urban residents can take their large items directly to one of our transfer stations year round.
