This morning, Mayor Ducherer and Reeve Smook met with the facility manager Stan Yuha to officially launch the funding agreements signed in May, by both the Village of Ryley and Beaver County with Clean Harbors, the landfill operator. Effective January 1, 2023, these agreements allow the municipalities to receive funding through Community Enhancement Grants and Hosting Donation Fees. The funding is calculated based on the tonnage received at the facility and will be provided on a quarterly basis. They even took the time to pose for a few photos despite the rain today!
