A Public Hearing is being held at 10:30 am on Friday, March 22, 2019, at the Beaver County Service Centre to hear objections or comments regarding the leasing of this parcel.

Written submissions may be provided to Beaver County Council during the public hearing, however it is requested that a copy of the written submission be delivered to the Service Centre (5120-50 Street, Ryley), attention the Chief Administrative Officer, no later than 4:30 pm, Wednesday, March 13, 2019.

The proposed lease agreement is available here  or at the Beaver County Service Centre, 5120 – 50 Street, Ryley, or on the County’s website at https://www.beaver.ab.ca/request-for-quotes-proposals. Bidders must fill in your name, address and amount of bid. Highest or any bidder will not necessarily be accepted. Sealed offers will be accepted by the undersigned no later than 4:30 pm, Wednesday, March 13, 2019.
