Notice of Public Hearing - Claystone Waste

Posted on

Claystone Waste is a municipally-controlled corporation – controlled by the Towns of Tofield and Viking, the Villages of Ryley and Holden, and Beaver County.

The Board of Directors for Claystone Waste has undertaken a strategic planning process and is proposing a material change to its Business Plan.  This change will enable Claystone Waste to consider opportunities to diversify its service offerings and develop new revenue streams.

At the Board’s 2023 Annual General Meeting, the shareholders will consider amendments to the Business Plan.  If the changes are accepted, Claystone Waste may proceed with further steps to acquire other companies, enter into joint ventures, or establish a subsidiary.
