Working Together to Prevent Suicide

We all play a roll in preventing suicide.

Talking about suicide is the first step to prevention.

Here’s how you can help;

  • Spot the warning signs.
  • Ask about suicide.
  • Listen.
  • Get help.

AHS hosts a Mental Health Help Line, it is a free 24/7 service that provides confidential services including crisis intervention, referral to services agencies and other information about mental health programs and services.
