Update as of March 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. - Strathcona County- Transmission Line Leak Repair

We have received notice from Strathcona County the date for the repair has been postponed till Monday, March 13, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. This leak could take up to 24 hours to complete. During this time there could be an interruption of water supply to reservoirs and rural customers. The Commission will attempt to have all urban reservoirs topped off prior to starting the repair. Rural customers should make necessary arrangements for their water supply during this time. The Commission’s 6 truck fills will be open during this time. We request that all customers continue to conserve throughout the weekend and until we receive notice from Strathcona County the  leak has been repaired. Please check our website for updates.
