Viking/Beaver FCSS Volunteer Snow Angel Program

Is looking to start a Volunteer Snow Angel program to help our local seniors in need with shoveling snow this winter.Our main goal is to pair local youth volunteers with patrons to assist with snow shoveling needs. We also welcome adult volunteers.

Please note, we are in the beginning stages of starting this Volunteer Project. We will host an information session on September 26th from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at the Viking/Beaver FCSS office in Viking (4924 53rd Avenue) to see if there is interest. Information packages including necessary volunteer requirements and eligibility requirements for seniors requiring this service will be available at the session.

Local youth in need of volunteer hours are asked to stop by the office any time after September 17th to discuss details.
