Beaver County is seeking quotes for supply of culverts. Quotes will be accepted until

10:00:00 am local time Tuesday, April 28, 2020.

All quotes MUST be submitted on the enclosed form. The lowest or any quote may not necessarily be accepted.

REQUEST FOR QUOTES - 2020 Cold Mix – RFQ2020-09PW

Beaver County is seeking quotes for the following work:

  • Supply and Haul of approximately 700 tonnes of Asphalt Stabilized Base Course (Cold Mix) to

Beaver County Transportation Shop in Ryley, Alberta

  • Asphalt Stabilized Base Course to meet specifications as set out in Alberta Infrastructure and

Transportation’s Standard Specification for Highway Construction.

  • Aggregate Gradation to meet Designation 2 Class 16 as set out in Alberta Infrastructure and

Transportation’s Standard Specification for Highway Construction.

Contractors are asked to supply quotes for:

  • the stockpiling of approximately 700 tonnes of Asphalt Stabilized Base Course in Beaver

County’s Transportation Shop Yard and

  • the supply of approximately 700 tonnes of Asphalt Stabilized Base Course in Beaver County’s

Transportation Shop Yard on an as needed basis throughout the 2020 construction season. Please note other work or variations that will be required.

Shipment to Ryley Transportation Shop in Ryley, Alberta as requested.

Beaver County will be responsible for providing a stockpile location in the County’s Transportation

Shop Yard.

Deadline for submission of the quote is Tuesday, April 28, 2020, 10:00:00 a.m. local time, although an earlier submission is appreciated.
