Water Ban - LIFTED

UPDATE Feb 2 @ 12 PM:

Effective immediately Water Demand Management Condition C has been lifted. The water supply is back to normal and non-essential potable water uses may be restored.   

Thank you for your support for the duration of the Water Demand Management Condition. This restriction helped reduce our demand on the water supply.  

 

UPDATE Feb 1 @ 2:30 PM:

The situation remains unchanged at this time. Truck Fill stations are open, with usage limited to a maximum of 2 cubic metres per person, per day.

 

UPDATE Jan 31 @ 2 PM:

The Bruce Truck fill issue has been resolved, it is now operational

 

UPDATE Jan 31 @ 11:50 AM:

The Bruce truck fill station is currently out of service. HWY 14 Water Commission is actively addressing the issue. We will provide a further update to confirm when the truck fill is back in operation. Thank you for your patience.

 

UPDATE Jan 31 @ 10:30 AM - Truck fills reopened

Truck Fill stations have reopened, however, usage has been limited to a maximum of 2 cubic metres per user, per day, to ensure equitable access for all.

EPCOR have been able to restore some of the service to the water treatment plant, but more work is still required. Ban remains in place for non-essential water use.
