Beaver County will be holding a public hearing to give residents an opportunity to provide input on the proposed Municipal Development Plan and Land Use Bylaw.

Details of the public hearing are as follows:

• Date: Tuesday, October 29, 2024
• Time: 3:00 PM
• Location: Ryley Community Centre, 5103 - 49 Street, Ryley

If you wish to submit written comments regarding the proposed Municipal Development Plan or Land Use Bylaw, a copy must be delivered to the Beaver County Office, attention Delayna Koch, no later than 4:30 PM, Monday, October 21, 2024. For your convenience, you may submit your comments via the Public Hearing Comments Form, or send a message to "Public Hearings" via our contact form. 

Note that written submissions will NOT be accepted during the public hearing.

If you submit written comments regarding the proposed bylaws, the information you provide may be made public subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
