Council Decision - Claystone Waste

At the April 19th Regular Council Meeting, Beaver County Council passed the motions to approve the material change to Claystone Waste Ltd.'s business plan, and to authorize the establishment of Claystone Waste Operations Ltd. as a municipally controlled corporation and as a wholly owned subsidiary of Claystone Waste Ltd., a municipally controlled corporation.
